Budenberg on-site services (including training, calibration and installation) are all tailored dependent upon specific site requirements. High quality and high standards are maintained both in union with our customers' regulations and Budenberg standard quality expectations.
These are useful exercises for organisations that utilise many instruments on-site. Budenberg engineers will carry out a detailed site survey of all instrument stock and produce a status report with recommendations such as Recalibrate, Repair or Replace. In some instances we may recommend different equipment for certain processes in an effort to reduce long term issues or to reduce the cost of ownership.
Some customers keep long-term instrument stock that goes beyond shelf life. It may also be the case that a spares item has been superseded and a more efficient design has taken its place. A stores survey by a member of the Budenberg team is the best way to identify the items that require action such as replacement or repair. As part of the service a direct equivalent for existing stock can be offered to provide a one-stop-shop for future needs and, in most cases, significant cost reductions.
Often, we are able to offer assistance to our customers by reviewing their current procedures for testing complex gauge assemblies. It may be the case that a system of testing differential gauges, for example, may show errors - due to the test equipment being utilised. Our engineers would be pleased to visit your site and conduct detailed training based upon the production testing processes that are used by Budenberg.
